  • Schedule Interview with our Administrator

***If you have chosen not to immunize your child, please submit a statement letter with application.***

As a Louisiana approved non-public school, Union Christian Academy is required to keep a birth certificate, immunization record, and social security card on file.  Our policy requires the other documents not required by the state.
