2008 ALCAL CHAMPS!
Congratulations to UCA Varsity and Junior Varsity for finishing #1 in ALCAL!
The UCA Lions finished the 2008 regular season with a perfect Arkansas Louisiana Christian Athletic League record of 5-0, and 5-1 overall, with the only loss this season coming at Tensas Academy in St. Joseph. The Lions are shown here receiving their first-ever league championship trophy from ALCAL. This is only UCA’s second year to have a varsity football team, and is the first year for Head Coach Blaine Beck. The Lions Assistant Coaches are Danny Carter and Darrin Denney.
