UCA VOLUNTEER FORM

We need the help of our parents to accomplish certain fundraisers and activities during the 2007 - 2008 school year.  Please check which activities you would be willing to serve.  (Remember that parents are asked to participate at least 10 hours during the school year in various functions and duties which helps to keep the tuition costs lower.)

FALL FESTIVAL (November 1) - Advertising event with flyers and other forms of media.  Setup of game booths, concessions and decorations.  Scheduling of volunteers to run booths and sell concessions.

 COOKIE DOUGH (Fall) - Coordinating the distribution of the order forms to students, collecting the orders and money and ordering the cookie dough, distributing cookie dough to students to fill orders.

DISCOUNT CARDS (Winter) - Contact and secure vendors to donate services or items.  Printing of discount cards and distributing to students.  Collection of money.

 MAGAZINE SALES (Spring) - Distributing order forms to students and collecting forms and money.  Submitting orders.

 TEACHER APPRECIATION - Coordinate lunches and other benefits for teacher during the school year.  Organizing events of Teacher Appreciation Week (April 28 - May 2) including door prizes, gifts, and lunch.
